What is Magnitone?

Here were a few statements from the head of Magnitone:

“We launched it about a year ago as a brand. It’s a bit of journey of ours. We grew up as a child like most people and lack confidence with most in life. So, we always had this passion on building a brand that is all about getting people confidence.. man, woman, children very up in an increase pressured environment. So, I felt something to do with your hair or skin is the first thing you look at everyday when you wake up and say, skin for me is the thing that I was particularly picked at.”

It’s very important, isn’t it? It might seem like small things to some people but it’s those things that really matter.

Last Thursday night at around 7PM to 7:45PM (London Time) and 3AM to 3:45AM (Philippine Time) I was a part of the 200 bloggers who got to watch and listen to an exclusive broadcast interview with Pixie Lott on her new limited edition Magnitone Lucid. I have never heard of Magnitone until the interview. I was quite convinced with their product especially because they showed how much effort and time they actually put into this magnificent skincare product. The Magnitone Lucid Daily Facial Cleansing & Exfoliation Brush is meant to give you softer, clearer and brighter skin in just 7 days! And the best part is that it only takes you a minute per day to do so. Now, who wouldn't want glowing and healthier skin that takes hardly any time out of your day?

Pixie Lott wasn't just some celebrity they chose to represent this product, they chose her because of her amazing confidence. She's an inspiration to young girls and women to be confident about themselves. The brand Magnitone itself is an inspiration as well as their goal is to make men, women & children feel confident about themselves inside and out. Even if the interview was quite late for my case and I was sleepy, I am really glad that I got to be a part of it. Although, I can't personally tell you if the product actually works and is worth buying because it's not something I can easily purchase in my country but I do believe that it is worth trying and I have a positive feeling that the Magnitone Lucid Brush will not disappoint. I do hope to get my hands on one soon because I am dying to try it out for myself.

Q&A WITH PIXIE LOTT Why did you want to work with Magnitone? I wanted to spread a positive message to other young girls. Glowing skin can really give you confidence! How soft is the Lucid for sensitive skin? The bristles are rounded so it's especially gentle on the skin and is actually proven to be even more gentle than using your hands as the brushes glide on the skin rather than rub against it. It is to be used for one minute either once or twice a day and has a timer on which will automatically turn off after one minute so there is no way you can over use it and damage your skin. How has Magnitone changed your skin? It's much healthier looking and makes putting makeup on in the mornings so much easier as my skin is a lot softer. What is your skin care cleansing routine? I use the Lucid Magnitone and a good cleanser! I always use the same products so my skin gets used to what I am using as I know I can then rely on those products. I use it morning and evening too as deep cleansing is good if you're wearing lots of makeup day to day like myself. One beauty product you cannot live without? Mhm... (debating on how unfair the question is) probably moisturizer. Do you have makeup free days? Yes! I love makeup free days. Or if I want some coverage but don't want to look too made up, I like to use light foundations with no impurities. What are your top skincare tips? I know everyone says it but it really is important to remove your makeup every night before sleeping. Also, NO FACE WIPES! They are so bad for you. Using the Lucid takes one single minute so there are no excuses not to deep cleanse. What's in your beauty bag? From memory, I know I have my favourite highlighter by Benefit in there which I can always rely on to give me a healthy glow. Does Oliver like you made up or natural? Well *laughs*, he says he prefers me with less makeup but I look so rough in the mornings as I just chuck on my glasses.. so I have no idea if he's telling the truth or just being nice!
